Most of you,who sell on okay are very upset with the new DSR - Detailed Seller Report. My master isconcerned with this topic too. So I started using this kitty brain of mine to help all of you out. Here's my idea !

Undercover,Islowly enteredBuyer Chat Rooms onokayand found out that they get upset alotwith the following:
1. Shipping = High
2.Delivery Time= Slow or Long

I know what your thinking but your buyer may not see the real reasons. The key here is to educate...
Here'sexample for shipping cost.....
If you feel that shipping cost was to high:
There are additional expenses involved when shipping your package: (boxs, bubble wrapper, shipping tape,
shipping labels, printer ink,gas, etc). We do not unfairly inflate shipping cost.
Here's an example fordelivery time....
If you feel that delivery time was to long:
We ship items1-3 days after payment is received....unfortunately there are some delays that are out of our control: (weekends, holidays, slow carriers, bad weather, custom holdups etc). We want you to receive your item quickly and process your order as fast as we can.
